Straight answers about coins, verification, and how contact actually works on AHT.
Yes. Searching and browsing vendor and organizer profiles is always free, with or without an account. Coins are only spent when you take an action that costs something — opening a direct chat, or bidding on an event.
Gold is the platform's spendable currency (1 coin = ฿100) — you buy it with a card or PromptPay and spend it to open a chat with a vendor or to bid on a client's event. Silver is a loyalty currency you earn by referring other vendors/organizers who get approved; it can't be bought, and 20 Silver redeems for a ฿100 discount on a vendor's next subscription payment. Silver has no cash value.
For an end-client, opening a chat with a vendor costs Gold priced by that vendor's plan tier — the exact amount is shown before you confirm. For an organizer contacting a vendor directly, the cost is similarly tiered by the vendor's plan. Elite-tier vendors get free contact with organizers and clients as a plan perk.
A vendor submits at least one identity document — a Thai National ID or a passport, plus a work permit if they're a foreign national working in Thailand. An admin reviews the submission. A profile only appears live in search once it's approved AND the profile itself is complete (bio, category, location, price, at least one portfolio item, and contact details).
Rising Star is free and stays free. Thai Pro and Elite are paid plans, billed monthly, every 6 months, or annually (longer periods cost less per month) — see the Pricing page for current rates. Higher tiers unlock more portfolio slots, better search visibility, and — Elite only — the ability to bid on client-posted events and free contact from organizers/clients.
Creating an organizer profile and getting discovered by clients is free. Organizers spend Gold only when they choose to open a direct chat with a vendor; bidding on client-posted events has its own coin cost, shown before you bid.
It's earned by organizers who upload their DBD company registration and have it approved by an admin. It's entirely optional — an organizer profile can go live and take bookings without it — but it signals to clients that the company's registration has been checked.
Yes. Posting an event request for organizers to bid on doesn't require an account — you just provide contact details on the event itself. Creating an account lets you track responses and message back and forth more easily.
Conversations that go quiet for a while are automatically archived (the exact window depends on who's talking to whom) and kept for a limited period afterward. Reopening an archived chat costs Gold again, the same way opening it did the first time.
[DRAFT — Able's final refund/chargeback policy for coin purchases and subscription payments is pending confirmation. Card and PromptPay payments are processed by Omise; contact support if a payment looks wrong and it will be looked into manually until a formal policy is published.]
