Draft — pending final legal review. Not yet binding.
This page is a working draft (2026-07-30) written to show the structure Able's legal counsel will review and finalize. Do not rely on it as AHT's finalized policy.
This policy covers everyone who uses Artist Hub Thailand (AHT) — vendors (performers/entertainers), event organizers, and end-clients booking through the platform, whether browsing as a guest or registered.
Account data: name, email, phone number, LINE ID, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
Profile data: the details you choose to add to your public profile — bio, category, portfolio photos/videos, pricing, company information.
Verification data: identity documents (Thai National ID, passport, work permit) and company registration (DBD) documents submitted for admin review, used only to confirm identity and eligibility to operate on the platform.
Transaction data: coin purchases, subscription payments, and bid/contact history, processed through our payment partner (Omise). AHT does not store full card numbers.
Usage data: pages viewed, searches performed, and messages exchanged through the in-app chat, retained to operate and improve the service.
To operate the marketplace: matching organizers/clients with vendors, processing bids and bookings, and enabling in-app messaging.
To verify identity and moderate listings before they go live, so every visible profile has passed a basic identity/eligibility check.
To process payments and coin purchases, and to maintain an accurate, auditable ledger of coin balances.
To send account, booking, and payment notifications (email / in-app / LINE where connected).
To comply with Thai law, including tax and payment recordkeeping obligations.
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion or anonymisation, subject to legal/financial retention requirements (e.g. payment records); withdraw consent for optional processing; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
[DRAFT — legal to confirm the exact request process, response timeline, and designated Data Protection Officer contact before this is final.]
Account and transaction data is retained for as long as the account is active and for a period afterward to meet accounting/tax obligations. Archived conversations are retained for a limited period after a chat closes. [DRAFT — exact retention periods pending legal confirmation.]
Payments are processed by Omise (card and PromptPay). File storage uses a cloud storage provider. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent via the Contact page. [DRAFT — a named Data Protection Officer / registered address will be added here before this is final.]
