How It Works

Browse free. Pay only to reach out.

AHT runs on a simple rule: browsing and searching are always free. Coins are only spent at the moment you actually want to contact someone or bid on a job — never just to look around.

Gold & Silver, in plain terms

Gold coins are the platform's spendable currency (1 coin = ฿100) — bought with a card or PromptPay, and spent to open a chat or place a bid. Silver coins are a loyalty currency earned through referrals; they're never bought, and 20 Silver can be redeemed for a ฿100 discount on a vendor's next subscription payment.

For Vendors (performers & entertainers)

  1. 1Create a profile: category, bio, pricing, portfolio photos/videos, and contact details (phone + LINE ID).
  2. 2Submit a verification document (Thai National ID or passport; a work permit if you're a foreign national working in Thailand). An admin reviews it — this is what unlocks your profile going live in search.
  3. 3Choose a plan: Rising Star is free forever; Thai Pro and Elite unlock more portfolio slots, higher search placement, and (Elite only) the ability to bid directly on client-posted events and free-of-charge contact with organizers/clients.
  4. 4Get contacted: organizers and clients who want to reach you spend Gold to open a chat — you're never charged to receive a message.
  5. 5Earn Silver by referring other vendors or organizers who get approved, and redeem it for a subscription discount.

For Organizers (event production companies)

  1. 1Create a company profile: company details, the cities and event sizes you cover, your specializations, and a company description. A Thai-registered company confirmation is required.
  2. 2Optionally upload your DBD company registration to earn the "Verified Company" badge — it's not required to go live, but it builds client trust.
  3. 3Get discovered by clients posting event requests, and bid on the ones you want to run — or search the vendor directory directly and open a chat with a vendor (Gold-priced by that vendor's plan tier).
  4. 4When a client accepts your bid, a conversation opens automatically so you can finalize details.

For End-clients (booking an event)

  1. 1Browse vendors for free — filter by category, city, and price, no account needed to look around.
  2. 2Either post an event request (no account required) for organizers to bid on, or open a chat directly with a vendor you like — opening that chat costs Gold, priced by the vendor's plan tier.
  3. 3Review bids/responses, message back and forth in-app, and book directly with the vendor or organizer you choose.
Every price shown above is the real, current cost in the app — nothing here is aspirational.
