This page is a working draft (2026-07-30) written to show the structure Able's legal counsel will review and finalize. Do not rely on it as AHT's finalized policy.
You must provide accurate information when registering as a vendor, organizer, or end-client. One account per person/company. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Vendor and organizer profiles are reviewed by an admin before appearing publicly; AHT may request additional verification documents (e.g. Thai National ID, passport, or company registration).
AHT uses an in-platform coin system. Gold coins are purchased (peg: 1 coin = ฿100, final) and are spent to open contact with a vendor or to bid on an event, at prices shown at the time of the action. Silver coins are earned through referrals and can be redeemed for a subscription discount; Silver has no cash value and cannot be purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
Vendor subscription plans (Rising Star, Thai Pro, Elite) are billed for a chosen period (monthly, 6-month, or annual) and do not auto-renew — you choose to renew each period.

Listings, messages, and profiles must be accurate and must not misrepresent identity, qualifications, or services offered. Harassment, discrimination, and fraudulent listings are prohibited and may result in suspension.
Bookings and payment arrangements made outside the platform (to avoid coin costs) are discouraged; AHT is not responsible for disputes arising from off-platform arrangements.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload, but grant AHT a licence to display them on the platform for the purpose of your listing. You must have the rights to everything you upload.
AHT is a marketplace connecting independent vendors, organizers, and clients — it is not a party to the booking/performance contract between them, and is not liable for the quality, safety, or delivery of any booked service. [DRAFT — full limitation-of-liability language pending legal review.]
AHT may suspend or remove an account for violating these terms, submitting fraudulent verification documents, or abusive conduct. Coin balances on a terminated account are handled per [DRAFT — policy pending confirmation].
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts. [DRAFT — final venue/arbitration clause pending legal review.]
